It was a shock to hear of David's passing. I will always have memories of working with him at Martin County Schools. He was a good friend/ colleague. Heaven is richer with him there. We will meet again one day. God, bless his family, as I know their hearts are broken. Strengthen them by the good memories they carry inside. The world's loss is heaven's gain.

We just heard of David's passing yesterday from a friend from Williamston. Aunt Iris, Lisa, Courtney, and Erin, we are so sorry for your loss. David and I were very close. I had the unique pleasure of teaching him at Bear Grass while doing my student teaching. I lived with he, Aunt Iris, and Uncle Howard. He was one of the kindest people I knew and I am proud to say he was my cousin. May God strengthen you and bless you all. He awaits us all. Love, Dickie, Karen Pearce and family

My sincere sympathy to wife, daughters, mother, and sister. My heart is sad for all who knew and loved David. He was a delight to be around and was one of the most personable guys I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I will remember David for his smile and kind ways. God bless the Bowen Family as you say good-bye to a husband, father, son, brother, friend, and former coworker. Heaven will be even more beautiful with David there. R.I.P David. You will never be forgotten.
