Dear Tyler and Kelsey,
I would like to let you both know that I must first thank YOUR MOM for so many wonderful memories that she gave me. I will cherish her beautiful smile and wonderful giving nature that she had for everyone. YOUR MOM was a true gem, a rare find, and a good friend. She has left behind to wonderful young people who I know will make this world a better place. It was an honor knowing her and tough to say good-bye. May the Lord keep you both in the palm of his hand and give you peace. Love Roxy

Linda, Donna, Tyler and Kelsey,
I'm so grateful to have known our sweet Leslie; Sister, Mom, Friend.
We met in 7th grade and had many, many experiences together. Slumber parties, summers at La Jolla, and of course growing up together.
I am so proud to see the two beautiful children she created. Her very pride and joy.
Thank you for allowing me to spend that last day with her. She will always have a very special place in my heart.
I hope we can stay in touch.
With much Love,
John Schroyer

Tyler & Kelsey,
I knew your mom since Horace Mann. We celebrated graduating from the 8th grade together and this and other memories are ones I will cherish. I'm so glad I got to see your mom a year and a half ago at our H.S. reunion. She looked gorgeous and just glowed. My heart goes out to you in your loss. I ask God to Bless your mom. I'll think of Leslie often and keep her close to my heart.

I met Leslie when she came to work at SDSU 25 years ago, in the Hardy Annex, in an office at the time named Counseling Services and Placement. She was a cheerful and very competent employee whom everyone liked and respected.
Over the years as we both moved on to other work assignments, we would see each other and have a minute or two to catch up. I have a tremendous amount of respect for her and what she accomplished in her life--always a positive force for good. She treated everyone with respect, regardless of their station in life--a trait I highly prize.
I was so surprised and saddened by the news of her death, as I didn't know she was even ill. She had much more to give and will be missed by so many. My condolences to her children and family.

Tyler & Kelsey,Leslie will always be special to me. She was a part of my life for many years, beginning with her friendship with my sister, Chris. It was a pleasure meeting you on the day of Leslie's passing. I am so glad to have been able to spend some time with her during her last hours. The only consolation in her passing is that I know she is with my sis! Stay strong and keep in touch.

Tyler, your Mom was a crack up! Why she ever wanted to spend her weekend managing complicated events for Picnic People, I don't know but I sure am grateful. She was a great leader and was respected by all. Leslie loved you and was your best cheerleader. She raised a good guy and she will always be your angel.

Dear Tyler and Kelsey,
I am so sorry for your loss. I met your mom at the beach in La Jolla (the summer of 1967) and she has always had a part of my heart. I was so fond of her and the time we spent together will always be locked in my memory. Though it was a short time she will never be far from my thoughts. She gave me a summer I will always cherish. I am so glad she knew God and is with Him now. There is much more I could tell you about that summer but now is not the time. God will walk you through your grief, I am convinced of that. Again I am so sorry for you loss.
God bless you both.
