Clara was a wonderful friend for many years, and always ready to help anyone in need. About 25 years ago, when I was working at Dr. Barbara Elliott's dental office, she was a patient of ours. She overheard me talking to the elementary school office that my daughter was sick and needed to be taken home, but I was the only one at the front desk and couldn't leave right then. She offered to, and did, take my daughter home to her grandmother's house for me! Such a sweetie. I'll miss her.
