Joseph T. Stryjewski

AGE: 64 • Edison

Joseph T. Stryjewski, 64, of Edison, passed away Wednesday at his home. Born in Newark, he resided in Edison most of his life. He was a Probation Officer for Middlesex County.

Surviving are his wife, Lynn (Becker-George) Stryjewski; two sisters, Diane Skerbetz of Piscataway, Eleanor Vroom of Greensboro, NC; two stepsons, William D. George of Hamilton and Robert W. George of Mt. Pocono, PA; one stepdaughter, Deborah Annese of Lakeworth, FL; and 6 step-grandchildren.

Funeral services will take place on Saturday, April 28th at 9:15 am from Costello-Runyon Funeral Home, 568 Middlesex Ave. (Rt.27) Metuchen followed by a 10 am Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Czestochowa RC Church, South Plainfield. Cremation is private. Visitation will be on Friday from 7-9 pm. To send condolences visit www. costello-runyon.com. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to UNICEF, C.A.R.E., American Diabetes Association or American Cancer Society.

Probation Officer Joe Stryjewski was a devoted co-worker and friend to many people. Those of us, his colleagues in the Probation Association of New Jersey, will always remember him fondly.Our condolences and sincere regards to his family and friends.
