Patrick J. Mulligan, 84, of Middletown, NJ, died Saturday, Aug. 13, 2011 at home. He was born in the Bronx, NY. Patrick worked as a Sales Engineer and a Sales Manager for GE for 37 years. Patrick served his country honorably in the United States Army Transportation Corps during World War II, serving aboard the USAT George and the USAT Goethals. Patrick graduated from Manhattan College with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Patrick then received his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Surviving are his daughter, Ellen Mulligan; his son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Colleen Mulligan of Andover, Minnesota; his two grandchildren, Mary Kelly Mulligan and John Mulligan also of Minnesota; his brother, John A. Mulligan; and his sister and brother-in-law, Kathleen and Edward Tully of West Nyack, New York. Patrick was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patricia, his father and mother, Patrick and Kathleen Mulligan, and his brother, Jim Mulligan.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 15, 2011 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road, Middletown. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at 9:30 am at the funeral home. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at10:30 am at St. Mary's Chapel, 26 Leonardville Rd. Middletown, NJ. Burial will follow at Gate Of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY.
