Dave was a friend and fellow pilot training mate of mine. We were separated at graduation and followed our individual USAF careers in different commands. Regardless, we were dedicated to our country and served it well for many years. May Dave find eternal peace now that he has made his final full-stop landing. Sincerely, William J. Bushman, LtCol/Ret USAF

Dear Robin, On behalf of my entire family I want to let you know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We have known your father for many many years. He was an incredible person in so many ways. In particular, I wanted to share what my sister Nancy wrote to me upon hearing about your father's passing....."I will always remember him as a true gentleman and my 'Rhett Butler' daddy. He was a big influence for me in high school." He will truly be missed.

We love you and hope that you find comfort in the company of your family and friends.

Dear Robin,
We've never met but I had the pleasure of flying with your dad many times at Pan Am. He was an excellent pilot and instructor whose warmth and integrity were greatly appreciated. You have our deepest sympathy.

Robin, I know your heart is broke and I don't have the words to console you. Hold on to your memories and know that your dad is in a better place. Your mom and dad are together again and they are looking down on their beautiful daughter - they are so proud.

With love,
Gina
