Hi Char and Kids, When I first met Andy I had just joined the NG He was quite a tough Platoon Sgt. and pretty tough on us new kids, but it was for the better as he made us responsible and respectful of our country and the Army, as the years went by he and I worked together at Wis. Tel. Co. and became closer, later when he was our 1st Sgt. he would give me hell now and then but he was the best and most fair 1st we ever had. he was a great guy and very proud of his country, I moved away 17 years ago but when I met him in church or at a Guard party he was always very much still the Soldier and it was lots of fun to give it back to him a little. I'm sure god will keep him busy keeping others on there toes. So sorry for your loss, I will keep him in my prayers. He was the best. Denny Kegel Eau Claire.
Such a very nice man he was, always remember him being a usher at church, and a Proud Grandfather. So very sorry on your loss, please know we have you all in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
