I was thinking of Amy today; my son, Brouan was a student of Amy's last year. He was deeply saddened by this. Amy will be missed; she was a wonderful warm person in this life and I'm sure her spirit continues to be.

A wonderful teacher will be missed. Some of my children and grand children were blessed by her positive influence. My granddaughter said about Miss Fowles " she made learning fun ". We are thankful for Amy's dedication to helping children.

Amy was one of the mentors I had when I foirst started teaching fifteen years ago. She was so kind and patient. She was always offering to help with any troubles I was having. It was from her I learned the fine art of laughing at my own mistakes and growing from them. I will truely miss her infectious laugh and beautiful smile. Good-bye dear friend.

I loved Amy! We shared many experiences together. She did her student teaching at Silver Hills when I was teaching there. We have since discussed and shared our current teaching assignments--hers at spring Lane and mine at Driggs. I loved visiting with her monthly with our dear friend Sherry Anderson. We were both amazed at Amy's positive attitude and strength. We really thought she would lick the cancer and we were devastated when we learned that it had returned- and with vengeance.
I felt so sad on hearing of her passing. I will always cherish her friendship and her acceptance of life's experiences; both heart wrenching and joyful. You will soar with the angels, now, Amy, thanks for being a true friend. I'll love you forever! Celia Cutler

Amy will be missed in her neighborhood. I could always find her in her front yard on the corner in the summer trying to always to make improvents. She was also a friendly face in the park above our neighborhood. Always a friendly face and a smile. That corner will never be the same without her living there. I will truly miss her. She was a gift to this earth and she has been greated with shouts of joy from those who have gone before her.
