I met Betty in the early 70s thru Christian Women's Club. She graciously hosted a Friendship Bible Coffee in her beautiful home in Avalon Hills. I was privileged to be a part of that group and enjoyed her friendship. She was a beautiful person. I wish
I had not lost track of her after these many years.
We were so sorry to hear of Betty,s death. We had thought she had moved to San Franscio with her friend when her phone was disconnected. We do not have have Steve, Marti and Philip,s addresses. We had all of you in Sunday School at First Baptist and of course we had a cermony for Steve's adoption of his child. We continued to hear about all of you until we moved from Fisher's after Hank,s heart surgery. We still have a picture she made for me when we were in Fishers. Hank continues to use the calligraphy that she taught him and his office staff. Our prayers are with all of the family. Love Peggy and Henry Meier. Indianapolis.In.
Dear Steve, Marti, and Philip, I always loved your mom. She was a woman of beauty who spoke her mind and listened, really listened to the other person. I am sorry that I did not see her since our wedding, Jan. 1977. It was wonderful to reconnect with her on Facebook. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time. Love, Becky
You have my deepest sympathy. May good memories provide solace for your family during this challenging time and may God provide you with the assurance that you will see your loved one again in Paradise. John 17:3
I grew up with Betty in Hardmoney, Ky. I'm so grateful for our friendship. She spoke often of you, her children and grandchildren. I send my thoughts and prayers to you.
Bett was a one-of-a-kind person from the very beginning — and will be remembered as such. We very much enjoyed the relationship we had re-developed with her in recent years and will miss seeing "the dragon lady's" name in our mailbox. She was a classic! Our thoughts will surround her family and close friends during the days ahead.
Betty Ann was a very special person and good friend. She will be greatly missed by all those that knew her and her memory will live on.
Betty, my beloved cousin was a unique and beautiful person. She, being loved by many, will be sorely missed in our everyday lives but the sharing of memories will help ease our pain. May the family find peace and comfort in this trying time. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy.
Offering our deepest condolences during this time.
