Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Griff and I are childhood friends. The Kemper's lived right across the street. It seems that your family has had to endure more than your share of grief. You are in my thoughts often!
I went to Mortuary School with Corey and was sad to hear of his passing I got to see Corey at the Batesville Seminar and he seemed like the same polite guy with that friendly smile. God bless your family.
Our thoughts and prayers are with your family during this time.
I just heard about Corey's tragic accident today and I wanted to take a minute to express my condolences to his wife and family. Prior to my retirement from BCC, I had the pleasure to meet and work with Corey for a few years. He knew that I was a fellow fisherman and he never failed to stop in my office to talk fishing whenever he was in the Home Office. The world will be a less happy place with Corey gone.
Meg and Family, Ann and I just heard about Cory's passing from Nathan. We are so sorry to hear of your loss.

We were shocked and saddened to hear that our good friend Corey had passed away in a tragic accident. He was a wonderful role model for his children and a great friend to us all. And, the man could fish! Corey was a generous person. On a fishing trip,we witnessed him making up dinner plates for a couple of passing canoers, complete strangers to him. We are profoundly sorry for your loss. With deep sympathy from his Canadian friends.
Corey was undoubtedly a man of great character and will truly be missed by everyone at Batesville. I will remember Corey for his humor, his smile and the respect that he showed to everyone around him. A rare gem to be treasured. My thoughts and prayers are with all of Corey's family and friends.
First I want to offer my condolences to you and your family. I am Patty Dill's cousin. I live in Springfield and was called to respond to his this accident on Wed 3/27/13. I did the breath alcohol tests and urine drug screens on 2 truckers. My heart instantly was saddened to hear of 2 fatalities. My deepest sympathy to you all. Patty told me that you two had worked together. I know this has touched my life and that through losing Corey that many lives will be touched in a way that only God can do! My prayers are with you and your family during this time of loss.
I had the pleasure of working with Corey. We shared a lot of laughs and I have some really funny memories that I will never forget. He was such a great guy and was one of my favorite reps to work with. May God be with you during this difficult time.

Corey was such a shining light and professional full of life. He talked about his fishing, his golfing, and most of all his family. We were blessed to have been part of his Batesville family and happy to have talked to the family through his phone the other night. As I was doing paperwork this morning for a service we have tomorrow morning and I had to write down my rep, I wrote Corey's name with a heart of sadness and a smile remembering all the times we shared. Regretfully we will be unable to attend the visitation and service as we had planned because of a service here. But you will be in our thoughts and prayers. Ed and Kathy Wilson, Wilson Funeral Home, Kahoka, MO

Perhaps they are not stars in the sky,
but rather openings where our loved ones shine down to let us know they
are happy and at peace.
When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure.
We all have many treasures.
So look up at those brightly shining stars and give them a wink and keep them close to your heart.
Dana and Corey are brightly shining stars watching over family and friends.
Sending prayers and comforting thoughts to the family.

I was Corey's teacher at Immaculate Conception School. He would also babysit my children. My kids loved the games he played with them, I loved that he vacuumed and did the dishes!
He will be dearly missed. My prayers are with you.

Meg and family,

To Corey's family- even though we have never met, my heart comes to you through the miles we are away. Corey and I first met at Batesville in Indiana about three to four years ago. He came to Marshalltown to assist Phil Decker putting in our new Batesville room. I enjoyed our short but meaningful visit- thanks for sharing him in my life. Prayers to you all.
While I did not know Corey well, I do know that he was a very well liked and respected member of the Batesville family. He did everyday what we all do; serve our customers so they are able to serve families with honor. My deepest sympathies and heartfelt prayers to the Gresham family. May God Be with you.
Meg and family,
Rhonda and I are saddened beyond words at the loss of Corey. I will remember him for a number of things: his love for family (he spoke often of how proud he was of each of your children), the look of love he had in his eyes when we caught him looking at you during those President's trips, and of course for his humor... even making this serious guy laugh uncontrollably! To say we will miss him is a stark understatement... just know our prayers are with you these days, and in the months ahead.
