I am so saddened to hear of Dr Snider's passing. He was so good natured and talented, really loved to hear him laugh. I worked in the ER with him at GSH. And of course, my dad Roscoe thought a lot of both Dr & Mrs Snider.
I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Dr Snider at GHS in Vincennes, IN. He was a gifted surgeon, a wonderful story teller, and fabulous photographer.
I am sincerely sorry for your loss. May God's Grace give you strength during this difficult time
Dona - I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I've missed Dr. Snider since you moved away from Vincennes. He was a good doctor & nice man, always felt at ease in your office. I'm thankful he was at the hospital when Mark had his accident at Vincennes Steel. We had a lot of people praying, which I believe was the main reason for his recovery...but at the same time, I can't imagine how things may have turned out if Dr. Snider hadn't been there. I'm sure God had it planned that way. He will be missed! Take care and know you're in my thoughts and prayers.

Bill and I remember well the Snider family while they resided in Vincennes. Our children were the same age and being a small community, we could watch everyone grow up. I especially remember Dona, a sweet, soft-spoken, and kind person. Please accept our sincere condolences.

I worked in ICU with Dr Snider at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes for years. He was the best surgeon I ever worked with because he treated me like a partner in care and always appreciated the role of the nurse, which was not always the case in the 70's.As a new graduate nurse I learned so much from him and he never lost his patience with me.I am sorry for your loss.I hope you find comfort that he provided never ending care and comfort to his patients.
God Bless you all.
