Ms Underwood, I was trying to contsct Ray to let him know I was visiting florida this week, to find this horrific obituarary. I keep saying his loss couldn't have happened without me knowing. He was such a special man to me. I loved this man and we so often texted and emailed. I knew I hadn't heard from him for a while but knew he stayed busy. I can not tell you the depth of my sympathy and sorrow. God be with you. This is Pat Surber. Last year Jon and I had dinner with you both. I just don't know what to say. Wish I could find you while I visit Orlando. If you get this my email is email@example.com

Ray, you are so going to be missed. I can remember you greeting me at Animal Kingdom over in Asia my first week working deployment there. I was so happy to see a familiar face. Your cast always had such good things to say about you and your deployment team thought you were a pretty cool guy too.
I can remember the day you told me how you messed up CDS. Story goes, a bunch of his Asia cast members wanted to get an early realease (ER). Well they couldnt afford to let so many go home early so Ray went into CDS and thought he denied them. Turns out he approved them all. That story cracked me up.
Thanks for making us smaile Ray. We will miss you!!
Ray, love you lots!!
I'll miss your smiling face!

Ray, my friend. I have such fond memories of you during our time at Disney. It was always great to walk into the office and hear your hearty laugh and I knew I could always count on you to give good advice when I needed it. Ms. Underwood, I hope that you will be able to find some peace knowing how many lives your wonderful son touched over the years. He spoke of you often and it was obvious how much he cared about you. I know he will be missed by many.
