Dear Ms. Joan Woodis & Mr. Franklin Hinckle,Jr.,
On behalf of the National Active & Retired Federal Employees Association (NARFE), I offer our deepest condolences. Your father was a faithful NARFE Chapter member since 1979 when he retired from the Army Corp of Engineers. The tribute video was heartwarming to see he had many happy retirement years with his family and friends. He will be recognized at the 2014 NARFE Virginia Convention Member Tribute.
