Mrs Harvey was a great lady. I loved to talk to her when I was a student at Wabash High School. She will be sadly missed.
Mrs. Harvey was an inspiration to everyone she met. She touched many lives both in the school and the community. I always enjoyed our flower conversations. She will be missed.
Ms. Dove, a great friend as well as helping as a librarian at WHS. I live in Florida and when the Wabash County Heritage Basketball book came out, she sent me a note asking me if I would like one. Not only was my WHS cheerleader picture, but my older brother's basketball team pictures were there. Just a wonderful lady. She has been to many of our 1950 class reunions as well. Fond memories.

I was honored to get to know Mrs Harvey while taking classes at Ivy Tech in Wabash. She was a treasure for the schools thru the years, those interested in genealogy, and many others in this town. She will be missed.
Remembered with appreciation for her skills as a high school librarian, her quietness of humor and her smiles of friendship over the years.
God bless you and comfort you at this sad time. Gladys was a wonderful friend to my Mother Betty Bammerlin. They taught together and attended the same church. Also was liberian when I was in high school. It was so nice to see at our class reunions. She will be missed. Nancy (Bammerlin)Collins
She always knew what book to suggest for me to read. Whenever I go to the library to get a new book, I think of her and how she would walk around the library showing me new books to read. My sympathies go out to her family. She was a lovely lady.
Mrs. Harvey was a sweet lady & a very caring person. Love & prayers to the family.
Miss Dove, as I knew her when I was a student at WHS, was always so pleasant and professional. I was fortunate to visit with her at our 45th reunion; I still felt as if I were 17 and she was helping me find a particular book that I needed.
My sympathy to her family...

Thank you, Gladys, for all you've meant to Wabash and especially being a friend to my parents over the years!
I was very blessed to attend church with Gladys, know her as a friend, and manage the volunteer program at the Honeywell Center. She so willing gave her time to usher at theater shows and help with childrens festivals. She truly excelled when giving tours and sharing her wealth of history to visiting groups at the center. One of her talents and personal pleasures came from the beautiful flowers she grew and made into prize-winning arrangements at the yearly flower show. Much of her time was dedicated to serving community organizations -she will be greatly missed.
I knew Mrs. Harvey when I was a student at WHS. I then got to know "Gladys" many. many years later while I served on the board of the Woman's Clubhouse. I admired her knowledge, wisdom, loyalty and her independence. I had the pleasure of visiting with her while she was shopping at Kroger's with her caretaker a few months ago. As always....it was a delightful conversation. She was loved by many and will be missed by many.
A great teacher and person. Prayers to the family.
