I am very sorry to hear of Howard's death. I worked with him for many years at AFSCME (I am still there) before he retired. He always had a smile when I saw him but when he got into his negotiating mode, he fought like a bear. Prayers and condolences are with the entire Draft family during this time of sorrow.
We are deeply saddened over Howard's passing. As a community volunteer and a city commissioner, his passion and conviction for making Marine City a better place to live never waivered.
Elected during a period of transition for Marine City, his service, coupled with that of his fellow administration members, helped set in motion a renaissance in our town still being enjoyed by residents today.
We are thankful for having known Howard and we are grateful for his service. Our prayers and heartfelt condolences to Roberta and his family.
Howard you will be missed. Our heartfelt condolences to all the family.
We will always have great memories of Howard.
Sorry for your loss.
Roberta and family,
My condolences to all in the passing of Howard. I shall miss his expert advice on Marine City Politics. Many of the commissioners at the Thursday night meeting spoke of their relationship to Howard and his continued service to our city. I'm sure that he is now advising our Creator on how to handle the rest of the human race.
May He grant each of you His Loving grace and know that Howard's spirit will always be with you. God Bless
