I worked with Jamie at Nextel. He was a very nice and fun person. He and I both won Employee of the year and a trip to the Bahamas. Jamie will be missed.
Sending a virtual hug to his wife Mary and their son Pryce.
We are so sorry to learn of your loss. We got to know Jamie while volunteering at the Children's Consignment Sale at the CFUMC. What a joy to be around, always positive and helpful. He was proud of his family and shared stories of his son. You will be in our thoughts and prayers.
Jamie was there for me and my husband on a day we really needed a friend. We will never forget how he went out of his way to help us when we had no one else to rely on....that kind of friend ship is a beautiful thing which he possessed
Jamie's family and friends, we extend to all of you, our love and sympathy during this hurting time. We pray and think of you, trusting God to meet the needs of each. In reading the guest book, Jamie made a great legacy, for all to remember him by. We pray for God's love and presence to meet the daily needs that lie ahead.
A smile, an energy an infectious joy and a searching mind can uplift us all. Jamie did that at the church. He made such an impression on my son the few times he met him . That essence of joyfulness and that inspiration will be missed by so many. Gone too soon, so greatly missed, God bless you and our prayers are with Mary, Pryce and the whole family.
Paula and I would like to express our deepest sympathies to Mary, Pryce and the remainder of the Templin family. I met Jamie for the first time in 2008 while trolling the CFUMC congregation for volunteers to go to Camp Glisson for the One Great Day of Service. He jumped at the chance to be part of my team. From that year on, he was almost always among the annual group who traveled north for this grueling work. But, whatever we had to do, he always had a smile on his face and passion in his heart during those all day service projects at the camp. He was truly a man of God who did the most important things Jesus asked us to do, i.e., love and serve others. There will always be a hole in my heart when we return to Camp Glisson, but I know his voice will always be with us. May God bring his soul into his Kingdom, and forever bless and watch over his family. I have attached a group picture that showed our group during the 2010 OGDS at Camp Glisson. Your Brother and Sister in Christ. Gene and Paula Chambers

My heartfelt condolences go to the Templin family. I remember Jamie from CHS but had not seen him in years. I will always remember his huge smile that went with his enormous heart. Proven by the love he had for others, especially his family.Another angel called back to heaven way too soon. You will be missed.

Maya Angelou once said" I think a hero is any person really intent on making this world a better place for all people" . Jamie always tried to make sure he made this world a better place, he taught his son to love the simple things and be always considerate of others. He loved his wife and family and was a truly gentle soul. He will be greatly missed by so many. Thank you for the pleasure of knowing you!

Mary and Pryce..it truly has been our honor to enjoy you and Jamie as our friends and neighbors. We were so sad we learned you were moving to another subdivision, but absolutely heartbroken to hear of Jamie's passing. Please know that we are still close by and hope we can still get together on occasion so the kids can play or swim at the pool. We will miss his contribution to our communinity and those ever present kind of loving ways about him...rest in peace Jamie.
