My sweet and precious cousin, Joan Ashley Apple, I didn't find out about your death until today, February 4,2014. I loved you so much even though we didn't see each other as much since we got our own families. We did spend a lot of time together as children we spend many vacations and weekends together (Many Sundays with Granny and grandpa Wilson eating a big lunch with them, wish we could all go back in time but we still have memories. I loved being with you. Thank God we got to spend some time together when Brent was sick, I will always love you and you will always be in my heart, I know that Aunt Audrey, Uncle Osborne, Brent, granny and grandpa Wilson, daddy and all the rest of our family was waiting at the pearly gate for you when you entered heaven. I know Ricky, Ashley, Cris and Caleigh will miss you and loved you very much,and I will keep them in my prayers, I know that you were a great wife, mother and grandmother, you were so happy when you found out that you were going to be a grandmother, also you were a very good friend to Terry, you guys were like sisters, Terry I will also keep you in my prayers and we also have a lot of memories to cherish. Ricky, Ashley, and Chris, I was so shocked and very sad about the news of Joan. Even though I didn't know her well, I knew that she loved her family and was a wonderful lady. I know you will miss her dearly. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Ashley, I will see you at the Lone Star. Hang in there.
