I regret that I did not get to know John better than I did, but I liked him very much. I generally saw him every Friday for a few years and while he was a man of few words his presence spoke for him. I will certainly miss him.
We will definitely miss you Uncle John. Will think of you every year on our birthdays!!!

John Vaughn was the life of the party.I played the drums in the upland express band for 8 years live on Saturday night we would always look forward to John lighting up the dance floor, he would get the party started, buy the band a shot and fun was had by all.
