Anna, Patty & Bill,

I was so sorry to hear about Jon. You took me into your family and cared for me like one of your own. I will never forget how I admired Jon and thought he was the coolest big brother anyone could have - I was so lucky to get to be part of your life and to know Jon. Take care, you will be in my thoughts here in Finland <3 .

Patty and family, I have many fond memories of stories about Anna and Jon as they grew up. I spent some great years working with Patty. My heart aches for you my dear friend and for Bill, Jon's wife and children, Anna, and everyone else he touched. It sounds like he left his stamp on this earthly world. Imagine the impact he will have in the Kingdom.

I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Jon when he came to D300 as a new staff member and while he was part of our team for Induction and Mentoring. His enthusiasm and dedication were infectious, as was his sense of humor. I shall miss him as a colleague and example of an exceptional educator. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

While I did not have the privilege of knowing Jon for a long time, in my short time at his school I saw that the band is the most wonderful I have ever seen in students this young. He was a tremendous musician and teacher. I am so sorry for your loss of such a wonderful husband, father, and son.

Jon,
Will miss you gracing our halls at school. Will miss our conversations about the kids and how Ivy was the light of your life. Rest now my friend.

Mrs. Herath,
My prayers are going out to you and your entire family during this difficult time. Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal. Look up to the Lord and He will comfort you. I didn't know Mr. Herath well as I am a new teacher at Lakewood, but because we are all children of God I wanted to let you know that I am thinking and praying for you and your family.

Holly,
You and your family are always in my prayers. Theodore and Ivy are little living miracles, and you are all loved very much. As an English teacher, I should be more eloquent, but all I got right now is, "This sucks."
Love you,
Stacey

Mr.Herath , a man that taught me the value of music , what music is, he knew when i was struggling and he would help me.there's no one that can replace him.he changed the lives of all of his music students. He was like a father to me, he was the perfect role model. My condolences to the family and his children. His wise words once said to me "Don't just learn to play music, learn to enjoy it.
