Ali & Family, It was a true honor to spend time with Mrs. Carr over the last six months of her life. She was an absolute joy to be around. She knew how to put someone at ease and make them feel very welcome and comfortable. Always an encouragement or a praise. She had a gift. We will miss her very much. Our prayers are with you and your families.
Dear Carr Family, We feel very fortunate to have known Patty, if only for a very short time. She was always encouraging us even in her failing health. She was still teaching, as she always loved doing. Our lives are fuller to have known such a wonderful woman. Prayers to all. God Bless. Connie and Jana Yerian
Both Teresa and I will always have fond memories of our visits with Dick and Patty. Patty was always very upbeat, was usually involved in some kind of activity and was very excited about life.
We are so sorry to hear of Dick's loss and our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of sorrow.

Sorry we can't attend the celebration of her life. We would enjoy being with family.
My heart go out to her husband Dr Richard and her children.. On the passing of my dearest friend Patty.. You are in my prayers ..
We are all better people for having had Patty in our lives. She always had a smile and kind word for everyone. I will always remember her pulling her little red wagon through the halls of Deer Run Elementary, looking forward to another day with the little ones. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Dr. Carr, Brett, Kitsy, Missy and Allison: I have fond memories of our growing up together on Pevensey Drive.
Patty used to read us Emily Post's etiquette to try and smooth out some rough adolescent boys' corners.
My hopes and prayers go out to you and yours at this difficult time.
Dear Dr.Carr, Kitsy and dear family,
Our deepest sympathy to all of your beautiful family during this saddened time. Patty always brightened anyone's day by her infectious smile and her impeccable appearance. She loved life and made every day special. We would love seeing her in church in the same row with her endearing husband and family, wearing a beautiful bow in her lovely hair. Treasure all of the beautiful memories you shared as a family. Heaven must be a beautiful place, for it has so many special people up above. Patty will always be your special guardian angel, watching everything you are doing as she sits on your shoulder, but when you are doing something you don't want her to see, she'll close her eyes, because that is how much she loved all of you. Our lives were enriched by her lovely presence. God Bless, Love and Prayers, Linda and Art Signore
Dr. Carr, Brett, Kitsy, Missy & Ali,
Many of my childhood memories were made playing with Missy in the beautiful Carr home. One of my fondest memories of Mrs. Carr was when I pledged Tri Delta at Ohio State. I seriously do not know if she or I was more excited!! She definitely had a strong influence on my decision and I still have many life-long Tri Delta sisters. I am so sorry for your loss -I understand just how difficult it is to loose a parent whom you love so much. God Bless each of you and I hope our paths cross someday soon.
With love, Laura Baird John
Ali and Family,
It's very sad to hear of the passing of your mother. Though I never met her, I knew her through the wonderful woman she raised you to be, Ali.
My deepest condolences.

Dear Carr Family,
Patty had a smile for everyone and her special and glowing spirit of hospitality will be missed. When she taught technology at OLB, the children were always being taught how to be their best. A true light has gone ahead to prepare for others a place in God's house; she will be missed, but never forgotten.
Dear Dr. Carr and Loving Family,
Patty was always a ray of sunshine wherever she was or whatever she was doing. Having Patty as our sons' teacher at Deer Run Elementary was a highlight of our family's lives. She touched many children's lives in very special ways. We remember her Christmas parties for her class in her lovely home and graduation day with caps and gowns and very renowned speakers. She possessed the inner and outer beauty that every teacher and mother admired. Her love of God and love for her wonderful husband and beautiful family will always inspire us. May God bless Patty and you with His Love and Peace.
Love, Doug and Connie Weakley and Family
Dear Dick and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I still remember sitting on the keyboard play mat at Compu-Kids, practicing typing, and Patty and us being featured on tv for her amazing work. Your family is truly beautiful and we all miss seeing you walking behind our house. With love,
Jane (Bluestone) Voytko
To the Carr Family, Oh, my goodness the wonderful memories from Pevensey Drive. One of the fondest memories I can remember of Mrs. Carr is when she asked me to play the violin at her parents anniversary party. I had never heard of the anniversary waltz when she asked me to play it, but now I can never hear it without thinking of her. I also remember when Mrs. Carr wanted me to go to a week long camp with Kitsy. We had so much fun that week. I also think my love for interior design came from Mrs. Carr. Her home always looked so beautiful. These are all special memories of very special lady. May you all find strength in the faith that was so much a part of your mom's life. with much fondness and memories, Donna Baird Vance
Dear Dr. Carr and family, Please, accept my most sincere condolences on learning of your loss.
To the Carr Family: Having worked with Mrs. Carr the very first years of the opening of St. Brigid School, I have such fond and fun memories. We always got a "kick" out of her when she would wear the St. Brigid girls uniform on many occasions! You all are in our prayers and may God Bless Patty. ~ George and Michael Caruso.
Dear Ali, Dr. Carr and to all of Patty's family...I send you love, prayers and warms hugs right now. Although I knew your family but a short while the love in your family has a large presence. I will remember your mom often. Sincerely, Colette Orlandi as well as my husband Deacon Jack
We are saddened to hear of Patty's passing. We are remembering her as a devoted wife, mother, and educator. We loved to listen to her as she shared her love of teaching. Dick, you in our thoughts and prayers. With Love and Sympathy from Dr. Homer and Dianne Williams
Dear Dick and chidden, My memories of Patty go wa-a-y back to our college & med school days and our Pacemont Road apartment days with little children (especially Bret & Jenni) playing on the sidewalk - lots of neighborly fun! Patty was a beautiful loving woman who spread sunshine wherever she went. Please know that I have always treasured our friendship.
Dearest Dr. Carr & Family...
Our hearts are broken and deeply saddened by the loss of your dear, sweet, wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. Patty was a beautiful, inspiring force of dignity, grace and compassion. Her love of her faith, family, friends, students, and community was unequaled. Patty will be greatly missed by our entire family...but she will be forever loved and remembered for all she gave to each of us. We pray you find comfort in knowing Patty's was a life well lived and loved!
