I was so sorry to hear about your Mom Rita. She was a wonderful person. I just remember the fun times we had at Dougherty Place!! Eileen Mosier I am Fran Mosier daughter..
I just heard from Susie about your mom. I am so sorry but you have got to know that all of the SJV and Mott Park moms are partying in heaven. drinking wine and playing cards and saying the holy rosary. We miss our Mom's but they are in a better place. My prayers are with you and the rest of the family. Love, Weener
Mike and I are so sorry for your loss, Therese. Your mom was always so kind and welcoming. I remember the beautiful red geraniums in the window boxes at your house in Mott Park...never knew if they were due to your dad's or mom's green thumb, but I always associate geraniums with your family.
You are in our prayers,
Mike and Doris Goetz

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your family. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
What a great lady your mom was; a real blessing to SJV & the Mott Park Neighborhood. As a child, I remember her kindness and always looked forward to the tree's in the window... Easter Eggs my favorite! Her greatest gift was the beautiful family she raised. I think of you all, at the loss of your mother. God Bless.
My family only spoke of how sweet was my Great Aunt. My Father, My Grandfather, and for sure her father MY Great Grandfather thought the world of this precious lady now taken from us all........
We extend our sympathies to all of the Kintz family and remember Rita fondly. She was our Mott Park and SJV neighbor and friend. May she rest in peace.
Bard and I extend deepest sympathies in your loss. We have such nice memories of her as a Mott Park neighbor and stalwart parishioner of SJV. She was a great lady, our boys always looked forward to her trees displayed in her window and I loved her hats. Peace and love to all.
It warms my heart as I remember your Mom. She was such a graceful presence at the Kintz/Novak Thanksgiving dinners, where her smile, charm and wonderful sense of humor enriched us all. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you as you celebrate the life of this gracious woman.
Bard and I wish to extend our sympathies to you all. We enjoyed her company as an old Mott Park neighbor and as a member of SJV. What a great lady and loved her hats.
My condolences Therese. Please let me know of any special music you may want for the service.
So sorry to learn of the loss of your mother, Therese. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Thinking of you all at this sad time as you reflect upon the life of such a great lady. Rita and Jim were always so kind, so helpful, so loving to all they knew and worked with on programs at St. John Vianney in Flint. Their enthusiasm and sense of humor was infectious. Surely they are together in heaven, with each other, as they should be. Our sincerest sympathy to the entire family.
Dear Kintz Family,
I know more than got Therese's e-mail, that Rita was failing, when she called yesterday to say "she had passed."
I know Rita lead a very active life and throught her family enjoyed many fond activities. She will be missed but will be happy knowing all of you will be together for her service on Saturday. It is a small world, as not only Therese is my sister-in-law, but our mothers both lived at Rosehaven, at the same time, and played Bridge together frequently.
I am saddened by the loss of Your Mother My Aunt Rita. My father always loved his little sister. She will be remembered as we will remember all her brothers and sisters whom are now gone from us. I really don´t like any part of this. May GOD give the Kintz´s the strength to endure such a loss.
Literally, a pillar of our parish has passed. Rita, always Mrs. Kintz to me,
was funny and gracious and hard working and always
ready for the kind words
and a hug. It is truly hard to
put into words what she
meant to me. I know that
Steve used to love to tease
her. This obituary was so
beautifully written and
honors her as she so richly
We were so sorry to hear of your loss. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help at this time.
