My thoughts are with your family in this time of loss.
So sorry for this great loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
I will miss my great friend and brother in law. We've had a lot of fun since we met in 1969 and life won't the same without him.
Uncle Tom will be missed by many as he was loved by many.
Our love, thoughts and prayers to your family.
My deepest sympathies for your family and everyone who knew and loved Tom Merritt.
Through my friendship with Tommy (son) I got to know Tom and he was a great guy, a good father and he raised some great children which I count as friends. Tom's legacy is an amazing family of good people and that will continue to live on forever. My condolences to the Merritt family.
As a kid, Tom was my first friend, and we remained friends throughout our lives. How fortunate I was to have known him. Sincere and heartfelt condolences to Tom's great family.
Tom was a great man. I met him several times while I was a student at the University of Dayton with Tommy. The entire Merritt family is amazing. This family is a true testament to the strong values and loving nature of Tom.
Sorry to hear of your loss. May God, family and friends be your strength. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
I met Tom the first day of my Freshman year at Maryville College and fell head over heels for him. What a great guy. My sincere condolences to your family.

When I think of Uncle Tom, I think of a man who often had a roguish grin on his face, who loved great music and good wine, and who adored being surrounded by his family. I will miss him so much that my heart hurts. Aunt Carrie, Lucy, Tommy, Jeff and grandkids, you all are in my prayers -- constantly. Love to you.
