I give you this one thought to keep -
I am with you still, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on fallen snow,
I am sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you wake in the morning's hush,
I am the swift, uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not think of me as gone -
I am with you still - in each new dawn.
My dear Albert, you are so missed... far too many moments to count... xoxo
My thoughts and prayers are with the Sabol family. I enjoyed serving and playing golf with Captain Al. He will truly be missed. Fair winds and following seas shipmate.
My sympathies on the loss of a great guy. I only knew Al through work but always enjoyed his positive presence, he impressed me as a true gentleman. I hope his family will take solace in a lifetime of rich memories of him.
We were deeply saddend by Albert's untimely demise. We will always remember him as a fun loving guy. With our deepest sympathy

"There but for the grace of God go I." This was in your Coast Guard handbook as you were ready to become a new cadet so many years ago. You realized that by the way you gave the best of yourself knowing that life cannot be taken for granted. Rest in peace, Albert, and may God wrap his loving arms around your family as they move through each day.
