Conrad C. " Connie " Gardner
In 1967 I was a brand new teacher at Charles Barnum School. I had just moved here from Pennsylvania and a friend recommended Connie Gardner to me if I needed work on my car. One morning as I was exiting onto Rt. 12, my car died completely. I don't remember all the details but I do know that Connie picked up my car and I think he drove me to school as well. He was a very kind man and I was sad to hear of his passing. That sort of kindness is never forgotten.

Connie was our Best man in our wedding 8/14/71 and what a best man he was. Billy worked for Connie at Exxon for quite awhile until we got married. Loved him dearly and Lois too. May God comfort you all. We just found out tonight. Please forgive us for not being there.
Pete & Liz, Jack, Sammy & Kerrie:
So sorry for your loss, our thoughts are with you and your entire family.
