Phe made our lives better by being a such great model for how we should live our lives. She will be greatly missed but her spirit loves on in many of us. Nancy Franz, Ames, Iowa
Denise was very caring with the girls in her Daisy troop. Although we only knew her for one school year, she was so good with the girls. Her experience as a Girl Scout showed. She engaged with the girls and they had a lot of fun with her. This is such a tragic loss but I am comforted to know she loved Jesus with all her heart and will be singing and dancing with Him. She will be missed!
I worked with Denise at Shattuck Middle School. I didn't know her well, but I will never forget her smile. It was always on her face. God bless your family at this difficult time.
I am so sorry for your loss.
Since hearing the news of Denise's accident, my thoughts have returned over and over again to the sadness I feel about this. Knowing Denise was a gift to me, and her love and support of Jim always spoke strongly to me. Denise was an encouraging person of hospitality. She always engaged me and showed interest in my life. Denise touched me with her faith, her compassion, her hospitality, and her love for everyone, especially the children and youth. I lift Jim and the rest of Denise's family up in prayer.
