Frank, dear friend and best man at my wedding, I will miss you. Hope you and Tom will meet again. Sorry I didn't know. I will miss you, and our conversations and 44 year friendship. RIP
Char (Smith) Fiegel
My sincere sympathy to Frank's family and many friends. He was a very special person and touched the lives of many. I was a high school classmate and want you to know that my thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of sorrow.

Frank, my old friend, words fail me as I attempt to describe a 50+ year friendship that we had. Life took us in different directions but you remained one of my most memorable friends throughout it all.Not many could have withstood all that you had to suffer for so long. May God grant you peace. I will always remember the good times in the old days of Merrionette Park and Meadow Lane School. You were a wonderful guy and friend for all the days afterwards too. May you rest in peace now.
Didn't know Frank very well in school, but the person I did know was an unpretentious, gentle guy with a generous personality. His military service is an example for all of us as is the quiet courage with which he endured his injuries. His pain was great but his life was greater.
