Grandpa taught me how to drive his mower, and how to play cards. He taught me so well that I started beating him at games. ;)
He was there for us whenever we needed him. Grandma too. I'm thankful that I got to spend so much time with him and will cherish my memories. I'm going to miss him, but know he's in a better place.
I have lost a wonderful father-in-law and friend. You will be greatly missed. I am grateful for the time spent with you.
It was my honor to have known Gerald and his family; he was a kind, quiet man, greatly respected by all. My condolences to the family.
Judy, so sorry for your loss but thankful that you had such a wonderful father. You were truly blessed. He will always watch over you.
My prayers go out to the Gerald Beaver family. My Uncle Gerald was a genuinely good guy, just kind of low key, not pretentious--he was the "real deal". Always enjoyed visiting Uncle Gerald, along with Aunt Beulah, and cousins Judy, Bette, and Jerry. I don't remember him complaining about anything, even though he may have had some health issues. God rest your soul, Uncle Gerald.
