My deepest sympathies go to Charlie and the entire family. Charlie may remember, I was Tudy's flight instructor in 1979 when she began fulfilling her dream to fly. She easily became one of my top, all time favorite students with her excitement, enthusiasm, and sweet nature. Sadly, as life too often goes, we'd lost touch with each other over the years. Then one morning about a year and a half ago, I received a wonderful surprise phone call from her! We had such a great time catching up and reminiscing.
For Christmas in 1979, Tudy thoughtfully gave me a lovely scarf. I still have that scarf. And over all these years, Pam and I have always fondly referred to it as “Tudy's scarf.” To me that gift perfectly represented Tudy - thoughtful and lovely.
My fervent prayer is that our Lord will touch each one of your hearts with His love and grace, as only he can, to fill that empty spot, that void that is now left there.
Charlie and Family,
I was so saddened to hear of Tudy's passing. I will always remember her as a beautiful person with a wonderful sense of humor and always dignified.
My thoughts are with you.
Charlie, I'm sorry to hear that Tudy is gone but now resting comfortably. Judi Binz Hohlt
Steve, I am so sorry for your loss, your Mom was a wonderful woman, I know you will all miss her terribly.
Sara Beth, I am so saddened by the death of your lovely mother-in-law. She was such a warm, gracious lady. My very sincere regrets for the entire family's loss.
