I just read of the loss of your father. I lost my father last March and he too was an 8th Air Corps crew men. I do not know why I knew your fathers name but I knew when I saw his name that he was in the Air Corps. What base was he at and when was he in England? Dear sweet Maureen and loving family of James Burke Sr... God sent his angel over, when he came by and picked up James and took him as he has plans for him in Heaven now. He will watch over all of you, just as he did when he was here with you. We can see through the strong love of his family what a beautiful man he was as he raised an amazing family. I have enjoyed hearing all of the wonderful things he accomplished as a person and family man throughout his life. I feel like I know him too, through Maureen, and he is my hero too.
