I was privileged to get to know Mr. Cavin through his Sunday School class at Bethel Church. He was a wonderful testimony to a life devoted to our Savior. I pray that your family finds peace and rest knowing that he is with the Lord.
My condolences to you and your family. Having had the pleasure of working with Henry for 25 years I know he was always a gentleman and had a big smile for everyone. May you find comfort in the arms of our Lord, and the precious memories you have of him.
He was such a blessing to everyone he came in contact with. I'm so glad to have been one of those people.
My parents were customers of Mr. Cavin at HBJ for many years. I always remember how kind, considerate and helpful he was to our family. It is strange but every Christmas I always think of him and he would always pat me on the head when my folks would take me to HBJ to see Santa and he'd say 'I know you've been a good girl this year'. May God bless each of you in your loss and have comfort in knowing that he will spend Christmas with our Savior this year.
I did not know Mr. Cavin well, but my late husband, Mickey Goforth, worked with him at Hammond-Brown-Jennings. I remember that he was such a gentleman. I know he will be missed. My condolences to his family and friends.
