Orson "Stew" Stewart Myers Jr.
I haven't seen Stew in many years but I still remember a kind, smiling hearty man who was so intelligent and full of life and love for his family. There were many happly memories on Pettibone Lake in Bitely. My heart goes out to Stew's family. He was one of the good guys.
Having hunted and fished with "Gramps" for the past 32 years, the stories are too numerous to mention. He led a full life!
Sorry to hear of Stewart's passing. At a very young age Stewart was a mentor in my youthful hunting and fishing life, many stories were told and lessons were learned. He helped shape me in into the outdoors person I am today. He will me missed.
To Stewart's Family,
So sorry to hear of Stewart's passing.
He was always the nicest gentlemen when we had the occasion to speak at MUCC meetings. His contributions to conservation in Michigan will always be remembered.
My condolences to you upon the death of this well loved and respected man.
He was my instructor at GRCC in l968-70 and I learned so much from him. I was the only female student in the industrial arts classes at that time and he always encouraged me to pursue my passion for the drafting field. We were at a football game a number of years ago when I last spoke to him and he remembered me after all those years in his class. Please know that he touched many lives and he will be remembered.
