Dear Etheridge Family: I had the privilege of working with Rudy. He was a division head in the Maintenance Control Dept. of the Navy Public Works Center,Norfolk Naval Base. Rudy was outstanding gentleman with a great personality. I am pleased to read of his accomplishments over the years. My sympathies are extended on the loss of such a good man.

To Roy, Ray, Joanne, and families, I am so sorry to hear about your Dad. He was my boss in Keflavik Iceland in the mid 60's when you three were young. I remember the many trips I took with the family touring the island. Rudy was such a wonderful person, a smart Engineer, a great father and a special friend. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Remember the fond memories, Walker Spence
To the Ethridge Family. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Rudy while in Knoxville Tn at Oak Ridge National Lab. Of course his reputation followed him after coming from Jefferson Lab in Newport News as one to get the job done. He did indeed do that. I will miss Rudy and certainly did enjoy working with him. Roy I know you will miss your Dad and I will be thinking of you and your family at this difficult time. As one veteran to another I salute your Dad. An american hero. May your pain be eased at this time, by reflecting back on your treasured memories of your Dad and I know he enjoyed being around you and working with you at Oak Ridge. I'm sure that was special to him as well as having you by his side.
Dear Etheridge Family,
I was so sad to hear of Rudy passing.
I have pleasant memories of our association together in Iceland.
With deepest sympathy,
Brian A. Lytton-White
Etheridge Family. I am sorry to learn of your loss. Rudy was a friend for many years. I got to know him well when the family resided in Iceland. He was one of my Vice Presidents at Clark Nexsen. He was a "guys guy " and a dedicated Family man. A true Gentleman.
