I enjoyed being in gym class with Mr Hudec sincere condolences. Leslie Washington Class of 1971
Mr Hudek was one of the most memorable teachers in my lifetime, not only behind the wheel but in Civics class as a Senior at SHS. His humor, strange foods he brought to class and his dedication to the system are unmatched. May he rest in peace and may his family remember him fondly forever. Steve Michalak, President, SHS Class of 1978
Deepest sympathy to the Hudec family. Mr. Hudec was my drivers education teacher at Steubenville High School. As a young eager student who was counting the days to get my driver's license, he always tried to instill in his students that driving is not a right, it is a privledge. May his memory be enternal.
To the Hudec family.
I would imagine that Mr. Hudec had the privilege to teach during the greatest times in the history of America. I am still impacted by his sayings and his teachings. His image is in my mind of teaching us how to role through a drop to the ground.
He also taught me in driver's ed. What a classic time. He was such a good man. I share your grief and will pray for God to grant your family peace.
