I knew Steve from grammar school until sometime in the 70s when I went to live in Calif. for a time. Always a true friend and wonderful man. He had a way with people that was fun to watch and be part of. He will be missed by all who knew him, I'm sure.
To Steve's family,
As a former teammate of Steve's from high school, I would like to pass on my condolences and sorrow for your loss. Steve was a tremendous athlete as well as a friend.
To his brother Charlie, my deepest sympathy in the passing of a former "Chieftain"
To Steve's family and friends,
We at Body Work By Fischer are tremendously saddened to learn of Steve's passing. Not only did Steve bring us our regular paint delivery, he brought a little sunshine too. We all considered him a friend. We prayed for his health and now pray for your sorrow. Hoping that you can take some comfort in knowing how sweetly Steve touched so many lives. God Bless!

I work for Amwell Auto Body and have known Steve from him working with Central Paint. He has always been such a friendly man and pleasant to speak with. I know he loved to go up North and he spoke lovingly about his family. I have missed him since he has been out and now will really miss not being ever to see him again. I am truly sorry for your loss. God Bless all of you.
