Dear Fauls family and all of Tom's loved ones,
As a friend of Susan's, I feel like I know all of you and like I knew Tom. Your family and the love you have for each other is an inspiration to me. You are so lucky to have each other, yet it makes it that much more painful when you have to undergo such a terrible loss. My thoughts and sympathy are with you.
One of the best at BU. 10 years after graduating, I still looked forward to the happy hours events in NYC and enjoyed our ongoing email conversations. Tom was a mentor to me, and he will be missed.
There was no professor who had a greater influence on my career. In the short time I knew him, it was still obvious he was a wonderful man. I just wish I had known him better. My condolences to all the family.
Dear Brenda, Cynthia and I wish to extend our condolences to you and Tom's Family at the untimely passing of our brave and courageous next door neighbor. Tom was ever so busy, leaving early in the morning to catch a train into Boston or even drive to the University himself. He was a devoted teacher, husband and family man. It was pleasant to know you Tom. May God watch over you.
Dearest brother Tommy,
There are no words that can express my gratitude for your constant love, the mirth and fun you brought into all our lives, your inestimable dignity and kindness. A better brother never lived (except for Mike, as you would say, quite correctly). Thank you for teaching me at every stage of life how to be a good person and do the right thing. Our love for you goes on forever, as will your influence. It is consoling to know that you are now with Dad. All my love, Susie
