I am very sad to hear about Lee,s passing. I worked with him from the time he started at the city of battle creek until I retired. we had some great times, he will be missed, but I have many good memories to hold onto. My prayers go out to his wife and family

My thoughts, prayers & deepest sympathies are with you & all of Leeroy's family & friends. I've known Leeroy for many years & he was always ssoooo happy & friendly whenever I saw him. The man could make you smile no matter how bad your day might be going. I remember when he first introduced me to you..Wow..you might not have realized it..but his eyes lit up!! leeroy was a great man and always said hi to me and my kids whenever we saw the two of you. i will never forget all the good times i had when he was around. no matter what kind if mood i was in he would always do something to make me laugh until i was in a better mood. he will be missed by so many. he will be in our thoughts and prayers. ride free long and hard leeroy.
