Although, Memorial Day is for those who have served our country and died during their service time I am still reminded of your selfless Act a serving our country. Today is a rather difficult day for me thinking of my dad and my mommy who are no longer here with me. I know I am selfish because at a time like this I should be happy that you both are in a much better place at times I can't find it in my heart be thankful for this. I so miss both of my parents, all of my grandparents, aunts and uncles who have gone on to glory! Continue to RIP daddy!

I miss my brother everyday and especially when I see motorcycle riders or when I
see black and orange butterflies, in and out of season, I feel his presence and mama and June, and Ida, Adrian and now Edward Lee and Beverly (our Beb) .

Carl would always be the first to call on any holiday. Today I am remembering him as a great father & grandfather. He was for me a great brother and friend. I would call him on this day with a great big, "Happy Father's Day, LaRue!!" and his response was always, "thanks, kid!!"

One year ago today my beloved brother passed away. He will always be my hero. He was a great brother and friend. His wife Karen will always have an even more special place in my heart because she truly love him.
Every year on Memorial Day I would call Carl because he was a Viet Nam veteran. I honor you, my brother this Memorial Day as well.

Happy Thanksgiving!! A fond memory is that Carl would always be the first to call us. We are three hours behind Buffalo so every year he would call, ask what we cooked and either me or Shelia would tell him that nothing is cooked, we are still asleep and IT'S 5:00 IN THE MONRNING!!!! I am sure that he knew the time, he just wanted to call and wake us up :) I miss that.
