Gordon Edward Copp

COPP, Gordon Edward LCDR. RCN CD Ret. Gord passed away at the Victoria General Hospital on December 12, 2010. He was born in Victoria October 16, 1925, the year Victoria won the Stanley Cup. Gord attended Quadra School and Victoria High School. He joined the RCN in October of 1946 and served at many naval establishments across Canada and the U.K. He was predeceased by his brother Vic and he leaves to mourn, his loving wife of 61 years, Jean; daughter Linda (Peter Nott); son Graeme and 3 grandchildren, Trevor Nott, Robyn Nott (Gavin Hoare) and Jeffrey Copp. No service by request.
