Donna Rohr Obituary
78, of Canal Fulton, died Friday, Sept. 30, 2011, after a brief illness. She was a resident of the Canal Fulton area most of her life and a part time resident of North Port, Fla. for the past 10 years. A member of SS Philip and James Catholic Church, Canal Fulton; she was a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary, Canal Fulton VFW #9795 and also served as State President of the VFW Auxiliary. She worked with her husband, Glen in G.M.R. Builders until their retirement.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Glen; and is survived by her children: Terry (Roger) Butler, Patricia (Edward) Zadrozny, Robert (Julie) Rohr, Michael (Sheryl) Rohr; 11 grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and beloved dog, Pooky Rohr.
Memorial Service FRIDAY, Oct. 7, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. at SS Philip and James Catholic Church, 412 N. High Street, Canal Fulton. Final resting place Canal Fulton Union Cemetery. Family will receive friends following the service at the Canal Fulton VFW #9795, 257 N. Canal Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ladies Auxiliary, Canal Fulton VFW #9795 Cancer Fund.

I am just finding out about your Mom's death. She was a neighbor( I lived around the corner) and while we didnt even know each others name we talked each day as we walked our dogs. She was a lovely person and I miss seeing her. My condolences to her family.

Although Donna was his niece, my dad always thought of her as his littlest sister. Although my cousin, Donna was like my wisest youngest aunt. She was a model to us all in how to be a loving wife to the end, a caring daughter to aging parents. Dad and Paul and I send love to Patty, Michael, Robby, and Terry.

Deepest sympathy to the Rohr family !! We have known Donna for almost 50 years and she was truly a special person whom we all will miss....Remember the good times as all of us will do...there are plenty of good memories from the VFW with her and Glen...RIP Donna --you are loved..

I don't really know how to express my condolences, but I do know how to thank my mother for all of the strengths and lessons she has taught me over the past 47 years. Thanks MOM!!! You have granted me the knowledge of love, committment, family, grace, kindness, and most of all: knowing what and how to be and when to be it. Miss you, enjoy your renewed love and joy with dad!!!
