Martha Bucher Obituary
(nee Fenton) Bucher
81 of North Lawrence passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2012 surrounded by her loving family. Martha was born in Massillon to the late Margaret and Charles Fenton. She was a homemaker and a retired dairy farmer along with her late husband. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and a friend to anyone she met. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Harry G. Bucher; daughter, Jenny Kull; a grandson and a great-granddaughter; sister, Anna May Sells.
She is survived by four daughters, Sandy (Frank) Ley of Canal Fulton, Lori (Ron) Cooley of Navarre, Cindy (Steve) Combs of Canal Fulton and Kathy (Bill) Varney of Port Charlotte, Fla.; two sons, Harry James Bucher and Rick (Jenny) Bucher, both of North Lawrence; 15 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren; sisters, Mildred Caldwell and Katie (Edwin) Richards, both of Massillon; son-in-law, Chuck Kull of Massillon.
Funeral service SATURDAY, 11 a.m. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rt. 93, Canal Fulton) with Rev. Merlin Kerstetter officiating and where friends may call FRIDAY from 4-8 p.m. Burial Clinton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Aultman Hospice, 2821 Woodlawn Avenue NW, Canton, OH 44708.

Dear Family, I am sorry that I was unable to be with you to celebrate the life of your dear mother, grandmother, and great grandmother: my Aunt Joann. I wanted to be there and I would have been there but I had too many responsibilities that I could not leave at the time. She was a class act---one of the most loving, warm, kind, and giving people I have ever known. Our world will never be quite the same without her. I can imagine how much you will miss her, as will I. Aunt Joann touched my life, and the lives of many others, in so many ways. I will always cherish the memories that I have of helping Aunt Joann and Uncle Harry on their farm when I was a boy. They helped me to learn the value of working hard, at something worthwhile, in order to be successful in life. I so much appreciate all that they did for me and my family. I have so many stories that I could tell, stories that are too numerous to include here. You are all in my thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time.
