Just seeing this again and wanted to let the family know you have been in my prayers. Bob was so great to set up our Harding class of 1959 Web site. He lives on through all us. We miss him but I know you miss him more.

I knew Bob my entire life from the first grade to high school. I have my 1st grade school picture, and there set me and there stands Bob. I played football at old Harding High, and there was Bob in the same uniform. He died at 71, and I'm 71. In this case the , "GOOD" , really did go first because as far as ," good " ,Bob was ahead of me. You will really be missed Bob, but I know you're up above smiling down on us.

Bob was always a gentleman and a hard worker at IBM in Raleigh and Charlotte where we worked together for many years. We shared a lot of laughs, especially with some of the pranks he played on me over the years. "He who lives in the shelter of the Lord and abides in His shadow for life shall be lifted up on eagles' wings and shine like the sun". Psalm 91. A very applicable Scripture for Bob. God Bless.

I was very saddened to hear about Bob's passing. I always had such great respect for Bob in a number of ways. He was a great work team member when several of us from Charlotte worked on an IBM internal audit team together in the 90's. I respected him most for the person he was. Bob loved his family very much and that was very obvious to all who knew him. Brenda and the entire family will be in our prayers, as we pray for comfort and peace for all.

Bob was a fine man. He attended many of the lunch time get togethers, we had, with other IBM retirees. He enjoyed life, always had a smile on his face, and was fun to be around. Bob will be missed. Brenda, and family, I am sorry for your loss.
