I miss you every day that passes. I know you are looking down on us and watching over Ash. One day we will meet again in heaven. You were my best friend. My one true love. My heart aches every day. You inspired me to be the best person I could possibly be. You believed in me, when I didn't. I am forever greatful for our years spent together. Your boy is getting so big. Has it been 9 months since I heard your voice? Ashton and I talk about you. You are so proud of him, I know you see him. He says,"I have a Mom and a Dada." And I say, Yes, you do. Your Dada is watching over us and protecting us. He is up there right by the MOON with God and the Angels. You were the love of my life.

My heart breaks for your family and son. It's been so many years and since we talked in person, I'm grateful we reconnected and I could see your beautiful son. Linda, Russ and Family. There are no words to express the loss of a son or family member that is loved unconditionally. You were so handsome and sweet and would make time for your older aunts (me) in Vegas when I know you would rather be out clubbing. You had such great manners and would make any parent proud. I wish I could find the right words to comfort your family but know we will never forget you and will be in our hearts forever.

Linda and Russ, What can one say to parents who have lost their child? Its beyond comprehension as to why God does this and the truth is we may never know for sure "why". But we do know there is no single "should have done" or "could have done" that would have changed that "why" because you two gave Scott the most precious gift of life and that is LOVE. Your love was reflected in Scott's actions and his kindness towards people and his gentleness toward you. Scott, I promise to take care of our little boy and tell him stories about you. What an absolute gift that you and I had peace and we could play with Ashton together and love him together before God took you in to HIs arms. We always said that there are no two people besides you and I that could love him in that special way a parent does.
