A toast to the "Vice President in Charge of the Romance"...Buddy Hughes, the smoothest crooner I ever heard.
Working with Patrice on her dad's photo montage tribute it has been my pleasure to shine a spotlight on Buddy, his music, and his life. I wish I could have met him.

I'm a friend of Mr. Hughes' daughter, Patrice, and we have had some nice conversations about her father's wonderful music career. She played me some of his songs (beautiful voice) and I enjoyed listening and hearing about his life. My deepest condolences to Patrice and her family for their loss. They will have some wonderful memories in the legacy Mr. Hughes leaves with his music and recordings.

Although we never met Charles, we know he was certainly a kind, loving man because his daughter, Patrice, is a wonderful human being. Our sincere condolences and warm thoughts, The Knipe Family
