Although we were never close...if I could say one word about Ramsey...it would be kind. You always had a smile on your face and just were a genuine person. You have been in my prayers this last week...I'm sad that you are gone...but content that you are not in pain anymore.

Dear Caroline, Fred, Catherine, and Ann,
My husband John Norman was a proton radiation therapy patient at MD Anderson at the same time that Ramsey was going through proton radiation there. I visited with Ramsey, his aunt Ann, and his fiance while we were all there. My husband and I have prayed for him since we met him. I felt a special bond with him while we were in Houston. From what Caroline said at the funeral today, I know there are a lot of people who felt that special bond with him. I was not able to stay for the reception, but I've heard that you had some wonderful pictures of Ramsey. He fought the good fight, but God must have wanted another music angel with Him in heaven. He will be there with Christ to greet everyone who loves him. His funeral was beautiful, and I loved the music - especially the last song. God bless all of you.

Fred, I offer you and your family my deepest sympathy for the loss of your son Ramsey. My wife lost her son at an early age and she tells me it is the worst grief that a person will ever experience in their lifetime. Please take comfort that Ramsey is with the Lord and that his suffering is over. Just remember that you will be united with him again. I will keep you in my prayers.
