You have my deepest sympathy. May good memories provide solace for you and your family during this challenging time and may God provide you with the assurance that you will see your loved one again. (John 17:3)

Pat and I were roommates in Graduate school at Illinois. He was the best man at my wedding (1967) and my best friend. We corresponded at Christmas but otherwise I had not seen him for many years (I live in Oregon)and am very saddened by his passing as I had hoped to see him again. I was at Pat and Judy's wedding and was shocked when she also died last year.

Pat was my dear brother-in-law. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was a great father and grandfather. He loved his boys. He truly was a good Christian person and was always willing to help out. He took such good care of my Sister Judy through all of her problems. May you rest in God's arms. Diane

You were a faithful witness for Jesus and to his promises. I'm thankful to have served alongside of you these past 5+ years. See you when Jesus comes again – in a perfect, glorified body.

I got to know Mr. Tomlan, as I did some work at his home.
The most rewarding part of the day came at the end when we sat and had a quiet conversation. I will miss those times for sure. Truth is you can find your heroes right in your own neighborhood. My life is better, having gotten to know Pat.
