I can't begin to express the sadness I felt when I found out about Peg's passing recently. I told my son's friend that I knew a teriific real estate lady, in fact, she was mine 30+ years ago. Imagine my shock this week when I found out. She has always remained my friend and I'm sorry that I didn't know sooner. I met her granddaughter last summer working at the Base program and was pleasantly surprised to find out who she belonged to. I will keep all of her loved ones in my thoughts & prayers . I'll miss my friend - her wonderful sense of humor and her laugh. It was a blessing to know her.

My family has known Peggy for nearly 30 years thru several home sales and purchases. She was always the most kind-hearted and gentle soul and such a pleasure to deal with. We miss her dearly.

Dear Huston Family,
Peg was a wonderful mentor to me while I was working out of the Metro Brokers office in Northglenn. She was always available to answer questions and to share her thoughts and ideas. I will miss her greatly and I am so very sorry for your loss.

Dear Huston family,
We were sad to hear about the passing of Peg. She was our agent twice when buying a home, and when buying the second home which we were waiting to be built, she offered a rental to us while we waited which was a lifesaver. She was always helpful and always seemed so happy. The little Christmas ornaments she sent us were always appreciated. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Clint and Phyllis Tweden

Dear Huston Family: I am very sorry to hear about Peg. She used to "farm" my neighborhood in Woodglen before I got into real estate. I now use some of her ideas. She was an awesome lady and will be missed. I am sorry to have missed the service as I had a prior committment, but you all were in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Melissa, Priscilla, Casey and family, We want to express our profound condolences at this very unexpected time of sorrow. We met your mom just over 25 years ago when she became our realtor, recommended to us by a close friend who thought highly of your mom. We found our house with your mom's help and have been happily living in it ever since. We feel very sad as well for this loss and want you to know that we will miss seeing your mom. One of the things that was very special about her was her laugh. She had a very pleasant chuckle and a lightheartedness to her spirit. We have been keeping each one of you in our prayers that God will give you His grace to help you through this time. Sincerely, Karen and John Gaines
