We just herd the sad news. Our hearts are sadden with the death of Connie. I remember going on visitation with Connie in Circleville and she dared me to plow into all the leaves along the street where people had piled them up for pickup so I would drive fast in the leaves and it would send all the leaves everywhere. She would just laugh because we were doing something daring. I have so many stories about what Connie and I have done and places we went together. My heart aches so bad tonight but I know the Lord had his arms open wide for her to come home away from all the pain.

My deepest sympathy to the Engelman, Carr family. Connie is one of my dearest friends. Connie has such a way with her that always made you feel warm, comfortable, and you knew she had a higher being within her. She taught me how to live with the Lord and she saved me. I believe she is with God and is watching over her wonderful family that she raised to love God, one another and everything around them. My dear friend will be missed by everyone who was touched by her. My love and strength to the Engleman family. You and Connie will forever be in my heart. To Pastor Engelman and family: Unfortunately, I didn`t know Connie very well, but I`ll always remember how warm and genuinely friendly she was the first time I visited The Baptist Temple. I was by myself, and she even sat with me during the service! She impressed me as a very lovely lady, a devoted Christian who truly knew Jesus as her Savior and just a wonderful person. I am so sorry for your loss. Please take comfort in knowing you`ll be with her again.
