Doug was my Friend and Mentor.My mother taught me how to fly.We both Taught at Hicks Field.Doug got me a teaching job at TCC for many years teaching Aviation.
He was one of the best TailDragger Pilot around.Old School,Stick and Rudder Man.
We had some Great Times Flying and Working together.
Thanks again for your support to The Masonic Home Kids.

Doug taught me to fly in the early 70s. He was more than a flight instructor though, he was a friend. He was also a good friend of my Dad's. He will be sadly missed. You have my sympathy. Goodbye "Hoss".
