This is a poem I found among Dad's papers, and read at the funeral. These were his thoughts. May you be comforted in the reflection. We miss him deeply, and look forward to the Day we will all be together around the Throne of Grace.
"When I come to the end of the road and the sun has set for me,
I want no rites in a gloom filled room.
Why cry for a soul set free?
Miss me a little, but not too long, and not with your head bowed low.
Remember the love that we once shared.
Miss me, but let me go.
For this is a journey we all must take, and each must go alone.
It's all a part of the Master's plan, a step on the road to home.
When you are lonely and sick of heart, go to the friends we know.
Bury your sorrow in doing good deeds.
Miss me, but let me go."
With love and shared sorrow,
Dave, I'm sorry to read of the loss of your Father. I had no idea he led such an interesting and productive life since he left Ortonville. Take care, Rita
Mary Jo...what an amazing life your father had! I enjoyed reading about all that he accomplished and the legacy he leaves behind. He had a full and meaningful life. Thoughts and prayers with you and the family during this time and still rejoicing with you that he has been made whole.
Dear Gladys, Mary Jo, Barbara and family,
My prayers are with you at this sad time. You are all so special. Your love is an inspiration to families everywhere. We will certainly miss seeing our beloved Dr. A.
With sincere condolences,
Renee Voss (Renny's daughter)
Arv and I want the family to know how sorry we are to hear the bad news. Even thou we can't be with you our thoughts and prayers will be there.

"My prayers and thoughts are with Mrs. Antroinen and family. May the Lord shower you with peace and wonderful memories."
Aaron was easily one of my favorite clients. In the initial years of working together I enjoyed researching for him and discussing specific investments, and I have treasured the friendship and trust from your entire family as we planned for Aaron & Gladys's needs in the past several years. Aaron had a kind heart and a brilliant mind. What a blessing Aaron was, he will be missed. I pray for your peace and comfort during this time. God bless you all.
Please know that we have all of you in our thoughts and prayers in this time of sorrow. Charlotte and Dez Hill (Oil City, LA)
We think of Andy in all of his life, and the unimaginable number of lives his work has touched. May all our memories embrace the fullness of that life, and be a source of love and support in this our time of grief.
Ken and I join you and so many others in prayer and love during this time of sorrow. You are loved and we pray God's gentle comfort and mercy for you and your entire family.
We have so much enjoyed our wonderful times with your Father and Mother - games, good food, laughter. Our hearts are with you in this time of loss, yet a celebration of a full and rich life. Our prayers are with you and your Mother in these days. - Steve, Barb, Sarah, Emily & Sophia Hawthorne, Austin, Texas
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all in your great loss, especially for dear Mrs. Antroinen. Yet, we celebrate a full life, well-lived - and the joy Dr. Antroinen now knows, free of his bonds, seeing his Lord face to face. May God bless you all -
