There are no words to convey the loss of Fred. But he touched each heart in a special way with his smile, his sense of humor and his kindness. Ocean Pines will miss him. Grace, you knew him best. May God comfort you as only He can.
Dear Fred,
You were and always will be my favorite person I met through M. L. Stern. You are an unbelievably classy & nice guy and I think all of us could learn a lot from you. You always brought a smile to my face and I always enjoyed hearing your prospective on life. For a man that had so much you were so honest & real. Never bragged, never acted like you were better then everyone else & always had a smile. I think you were a great person & I will truly miss you. I always got a kick out of our weekly conversations about the 49ers & I still laugh when I think of your high pitched voice saying "If he wasn't in the NFL he'd probably be mopping floors" hahaha Miss you buddy.
So very sorry to learn of Fred's passing. Our family's thoughts and prayers go out to Grace and family. May he rest in peace.
Fred, my friend, you will be sorely missed by all you touched. I will always remember fondly our first meeting in 1975 and the years following as colleagues. My thoughts are with Grace and the family today.
Dear Grace, May the Good Lord comfort you in your loss and sorrow. Deacon Nick+

Fred...Thank you so much for giving me a chance in the investment business and saying some of the funniest one liners I've ever heard in my life. I'll never forget you and I hope to have a tennis match with you in the great beyond some day.

Grace & Family, my heartfelt and deepest sympathy. It was truly a pleasure to have met Fred, always a great smile-stay strong and May God rest his soul.
Dear Grace and Family,
We are very sorry for you loss. Fred was my manager at ML Stern for over 12 years. We fondly remember his smiling face, kindness and generosity. His holiday parties at the Beach Club were an event we looked forward to each year. We will miss him.
Dear Grace, we are so sorry for your loss . Fred was very special to my family in that when he hired me to work for him at ML Stern . Not only did he hire me but allowed my two sons to work in the office. His ability to hire people that wouldn't kill each other, rather learn to work together to become one of the best offices in the company was uncannie . Fred taught all of us alot and the best thing we can do is follow his example . Our Deepest Condolences . John, Mary, Tom and Tony Madonna

Your sometime bridge partner --
Oh Grace, we are so very sorry to hear the news of Fred's passing. We have great fondness for your both and will miss his laugh and optimistic nature. Please come to happy hour often and we would love to sit by you (beach club). Looking forward to giving you a big warm hug. p.s. wanted you to know that we noticed how Fred's personality and spirit blossomed after he met you...that is the truth!!!
I worked with Fred at an earlier time when he took over the responsibility as Finance Director for our Home Owner's Association. I valued his support and friendship and join his many friends in our loss.
My sympathy and thoughts are with Fred's family at this most difficult time.
What a kind generous man that was gifted to us. Fred was a delightful and yet detailed treasurer of the Ocean Pines Homeowners Association. Thank you Fred, for all you have done to make this world a better place. You will be sorely missed.
Tod McKelvy
